Pricing questions
What if I run out of pages?
On Standard and Plus, add 25 pages for $2.99. The option appears on the Send page whenever a fax needs more pages than you have left, and the extra pages stay valid until your current billing month ends. On Basic, buy Basic again (unused pages carry over with the same email) or move to Standard for 50 pages a month.
Do unused pages carry over?
On Basic, unused pages from an earlier purchase that has not expired are added to your new purchase when you buy again with the same email. On Standard and Plus, your page allowance resets at the start of each billing month.
Which plan should I choose?
Basic fits a one-off fax of up to 10 pages. Standard covers about 50 pages a month. Plus covers 100 pages a month and has the lowest cost per page, about 15 cents.
Can I receive faxes?
Yes, on Standard and Plus. Pick an area code in your Fax Inbox and you get your own US fax number. Received faxes appear in your inbox and we e-mail you when one arrives. Sent and received pages share your monthly allowance; incoming faxes are always delivered, even when you have no pages left. Basic is send-only.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
I subscribed before October 2026. Does my price change?
No. Existing monthly subscriptions keep their current price and page allowance for as long as they stay active, and they include receiving faxes on your own number too.
